Here is one of my latest creation - a sculpture/model/mad scientist device for world domination. If you would like to see more pictures click on the image below. I will be entering this steampunk piece in a local art competition. Update June: I can't believe it! My first art competition, against professionals and amateurs in the whole of WA and I won the Sculpture/3D category! After the recent death of my brother, who encouraged me to enter the awards before he died, it was a needed morale boost for me and my family. On top of the $1000 prize money, the City of Melville also purchased the piece for $1000 (minus commission) for their permanent on display collection. I had put that amount on it so it wouldn't be sold - so I could sell it on ebay. It was an incredible thrill and an amazing night. And I'm finally feeling a little bit like a professional artist/sculptor. I've made a smaller similar piece that is for sale on ebay. The new site design is looking good and I hope to have it up by mid July. Here is another piece I've just finished - a Victorian era artificial heart (Mark III). It's also currently listed on ebay.
